As a Co-founder and first Executive Director of the Independent Web Series Creators of Canada (the non-profit professional association now known as Webseries Canada), Carrie steered the world’s first economic profile on web series (through the generous support of Ontario Creates and produced by Nordicity), and was the Co-Producer for TO Webfest’s inaugural year in 2014. She also wrote the successful IPF application for the series ASSET, and produced and hosted the annual festival: Coming Soon Trailer Fest 2013-2015.
